Why it costs what it does.
Free for one project. $10 a month for all of yours, $20 for a team of 3, or $40 for an organization of 5. Here’s why it’s priced like that.
Where it came from
We built it for ourselves first.
We hated how complicated pre-production was. So we built a system for our own shoots, where each thing is set up once and ends up on the shoot day.
Then we shared it with other filmmakers, and found out we had something really cool.
What we want
Help filmmakers. Not get rich.
We’re not looking to be millionaires.
The price has to pay for running ProProduction and building what’s next. It doesn’t have to make us rich.
Crew never pay.
Crew and collaborators join free on every plan. Only the people who run projects need one.
Why it can stay low
What keeps the price down.
It runs lean.
ProProduction is built to do as little work as it can for every page you open, so even a busy team costs very little to run. The price reflects that.
No AI on our bill.
AI only runs on your own key, so you pay your AI provider for what you use and it isn’t built into our prices.
If prices go up, you keep yours.
If our prices ever rise, the price you subscribed at stays yours for as long as your subscription runs.
